Casa Cossi is a spacious detached house with a spacious living-dining room, open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, large 5-burner stove and an extra large oven. On the ground floor there is a large veranda with a large dining table and fantastic views as far as the white marble mountains of Carrara.
Through the French doors from the kitchen you reach a second terrace with a large dining table. On the first floor of the house there are 2 large bedrooms for 2 people each and a small bedroom for 2 people (bunk bed). You will also find a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets.
And... as icing on the cake, a fully fenced plot of 3000 m2 and a private swimming pool with a diameter of 7.32 meters!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
General reservation and rental conditions Casa Cossi
Cancellation by the tenant must be reported to the landlord by email. In the event of cancellation, the tenant owes the following amount to the landlord: the down payment (40% of the total rental price) up to 42 days before the day of the start of the rental period; 100% of the total rental price from 42 days before the day of commencement of the rental period. If the landlord is unable to rent the apartments for reasons caused by him, the tenant will be informed of this by email. The amount already paid by the tenant will be refunded. This does not apply to externally caused calamities. The tenant has no more or other rights than the amount already paid.
Dutch law applies to this rental agreement.
