Villa Dolce Apricale is located in the green Italian hills. From the enclosed garden you have a breathtaking view of the medieval Perinaldo. The Ligurian coast with beautiful seaside resorts is half an hour's drive away and the village of Apricale, declared one of the most beautiful 'borghi' in Italy, is a 15-minute walk away. Villa Dolce Apricale is not an impersonal holiday home but a luxurious villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and suitable for up to 6 people. In 2023, a beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace was constructed adjacent to the master bedroom. Plenty of walking, cycling and cultural opportunities.

The Villa

The interior of the villa is a successful mix of Italian design and modern art. You have access to 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped luxury kitchen with two ovens, refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner hob and television. In addition to the open kitchen with large dining table, on the ground floor there is a lovely TV lounge and a double bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Upstairs is the second luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. All living and sleeping areas have air conditioning and heating and open onto a terrace or balcony through French doors.

Tastefully and attractively decorated

Villa Dolce Apricale was built in 2008 with great attention to detail and high-quality materials. It is modern, but tastefully and attractively furnished. There is WiFi and in addition to DVDs you can watch Dutch TV channels on the flat-screen TV in the lounge. The downstairs bedroom has two luxurious sofa beds. A dryer and washing machine are available. The entire villa has air conditioning and central heating.

Garden with lounge and view of the hills

From the various small and large terraces you have an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills and the medieval village of Perinaldo. There is a lowered seating area where everyone can find peace and coolness and a beautiful swimming pool with outdoor shower on the sun terrace. The entire garden is attractively lit and the grounds are enclosed with a fence and an entrance gate. There is parking for two cars inside the gate.

Villa Dolce Apricale is located in the hills of Liguria, within walking distance of the medieval village of Apricale. This has been declared 'borghi più belli d'Italia' and a 'must see' when you are on the Flower Riviera. But the area around the villa has so much more to offer. In the hills around Apricale there are picturesque towns such as Dolce Aqua, Castel Vittorio and Perinaldo. You can reach the Ligurian coast in twenty minutes by car. Seaside resorts such as Bordighera, Ospedaletti and San Remo invite you for a day at the beach, shopping or a lunch by the sea. Nice, Cannes and Monaco can be reached within an hour by car.

Liguria is an excellent destination for nature and culture lovers. This region is a treat for foodies!
