The holiday home is located in the old center of Borghetto Santo Spirito, 80 meters from the beach . It has 2 large bedrooms, both with a private bathroom, cozy living room, kitchen and a lovely roof terrace where you can eat and sunbathe. Free WIFI . There is a garage at the house for storing bicycles, surfboards, buggies, beach equipment, etc. There is a large free parking lot not far from the house. Shops, restaurants and the bus stop are around the corner. The train station can be reached on foot.
There is a free beach with a shower and toilet, as well as a paid beach where you can rent sun loungers and cabins at affordable prices. You are among the friendly Italian people.
Borghetto is an ancient city with open-air theater, live music, beautiful sights, a pleasant boulevard and many culinary activities. There is an open-air swimming pool nearby in Loano (3 km) and the swimming paradise "Le Caravelle" in Ceriale, 4 km away.
The property is available for rental all year round. No elevator available. There are two flights of stairs.

*Gas for heating is exclusive, in the winter months a down payment for heating costs is required.
