BEACH APARTMENT. Our recently renovated holiday apartment 30 meters from the beach is for rent. Enjoy the spring with the perfect temperature and a beach almost to yourself but with plenty of life in the village again. Or in the summer with the lovely wide beach in this part of Sestri Levante.
Sestri Levante is a beautiful town with a fantastic bay and a large stretch of boulevard with good restaurants. Our last year completely renovated apartment on the first floor in a two-storey building is located on the edge of the center (just outside the hustle and bustle of it) with the beach and the boulevard across the street (Sant'Anna). The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the station. Practical for trips to e.g. 5 terre, Camogli, Santa Margherita (Portofino) or Genoa. Layout: Entrance, 2 bedrooms, living room / kitchen with all appliances, bathroom and terrace. Chairs and umbrella for the beach are ready. In Sestri Levante you can also sail, sup, canoe (everything for rent on the beach near our house), beautiful hiking, road bike and mtb paradise. Suitable for 4 people. Parking is available in front of the house on private land or a three-minute walk in a large free parking lot.

I am married to Italia and know the country very well. And I'm not exaggerating when I say that Sestri Levante and the coastal kiss Genoa and the 5 Terre is really a lovely place. Many Milanesi know that. The Dutch a lot less. Come and see. We have a wonderfully practical place to discover it.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

The apartment is perfect for a holiday by the sea and many extra things to do. Spacious free beach (beds, umbrellas for rent but you can also take the umbrellas from the house). Beautiful walks directly from home into the mountains. Road bike and mtb paradise. Tennis or padel within walking distance. Sailboat rental or rent a motorboat for a day. And sail to Portofino. I can give tips and all addresses. Or go by train to 5terre, Camogli, Genoa etc etc
