Villa with great views, lovely swimming pool amidst a beautifully landscaped garden that is illuminated at night. Close to nice restaurants and villages. The villa has truly stunning views from the pool terrace. The house and pool is completely private with no view from neighbors. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs a living room and kitchen and another garden room with a bed and a sofa bed with a hammam. 

From the village of Stimigliano , you can reach the heart of Rome by train in 1 hour. 

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a welcome pack and the house offers
Towels, bed linen, hair dryers, washing machine, dishwasher and high speed internet.

I am very proud of the numerous guests who come back again and again for a stay at Casa Bella Vista.

My name is Giel Schoonis. My house "Bella Vista" was bought 25 years ago by my brother Chris and has been completely restored in the original style of the La Sabina region, namely: natural stone walls, ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta tiles, partly wooden and terracotta floors. The house is located just outside the village, a 5 minute walk to the Piazza, so total privacy and offers stunning views of the Tiber valley and the wooded hills on the other side of the valley. The location is unique!
