My name is Chris Schoonis and I live in Berlin. My house Bella Vista was bought 20 years ago and completely restored in the original style of the La Sabina region, ie. : natural stone walls, ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta tiles, partly wooden and terracotta floors. The house is located just outside the village / 5 minutes walk to the Piazza / so total privacy and offers n beautiful views of the Tiber valley and the wooded hills on the other side of the valley. The location is unique, quiet and yet Rome, the city, the lakes and forests are 1 hour away. The beautiful villages in the region such as Casperia, Rocca Antica, Calcata, the Abbey of Farfa make it an ideal holiday destination.
