Private garden of 110m², fully fenced all around with a 2.00-meter high fence, completely sealed without any gaps or cracks under the fence. Even Jack Russells or Dachshunds cannot escape here. We have two Jack Russells ourselves and know how important a truly safe garden is.
Our guests usually stay 10-14 days because both dog and owner truly unwind here.
The sea is 2,5 km away and the Dog-friendly beach "La Spiaggia dei Cani Felici" Is 4 km away – dogs are allowed to run and play freely here. Quiet location without crowds, noise, or mass tourism. All restaurants in the region are dog-friendly.
Well-maintained, clean, and cozy holiday home for 2 people. The bedroom remains pleasantly cool even in summer. Living room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, private parking. A place to arrive and take a breath for both humans and dogs.
Final cleaning € 120, cash on arrival. Security deposit € 300 via Micazu, refunded 7 days after departure. Tourist tax approx. € 1 p.p.p.n. payable locally.

Anzio 11km, Nettuno 16km, Rome 55km. Campo di Carne station 7km - 36 min direct to Roma Termini. Giardini di Ninfa 40km. Supermarkets, cafes, and shops within walking distance. Veterinarian 2km, pharmacy 3km. Paddle center and horse riding 500 meters, kitesurfing school 5km.
