It is located in an old Palazzo from the 16th century, which was completely restored in 2011. The B&B is not only unique because of its location, but also because of the combination of old and modern details. An elegant B&B with a lovely balcony where you can have breakfast, heated by the sun.
Farnese is a medieval village, a stone's throw from the beautiful and fascinating Lake Bolsena. Farnese stands on a tuff spur and has a rich history in which Etruscan, Lombard and Roman influences played a very important role.

After many trips from the Netherlands to Italy, I finally settled in the wonderful surroundings of Lago di Bolsena, in the Lazio region (border Tuscany and Umbria) in mid-2023. I would like to welcome you to Boutique B&B Residenza Farnese, a completely restored Palazzo. A small-scale B&B with 5 elegant rooms, each with their own luxurious bathroom. Breakfast on the unique balcony, where you will want for nothing! I would be happy to provide you with many tips about the area, restaurants, etc.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

With a final reservation we ask you to pay 25% of the rental amount.
The full amount must be paid one week before arrival.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
