Our apartment Casa Alba is located on the second floor of a more than 300 year old rustico, on the edge of a chestnut grove, at the upper end of the village of Livo, above Gravedona ed Uniti, on the northwestern shore of Lake Como. Casa Alba is the perfect holiday accommodation for nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, hiking enthusiasts and anyone who wants a break in the natural surroundings of the mountains of Lake Como.

The accommodation is ideal for 2-3 people and consists of: a double room with a bunk bed (160 x 190 cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a bathroom (shower & toilet), an open living area with well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a fantastic view. From the street, an approximately 30 m long path leads steeply up to the house, where vehicles with normal to high chassis can easily park.

The apartment is heated in the cold seasons at your own expense using a powerful pellet stove (the price for a bag of pellets weighing 15 kg is currently around 6.90 euros; as of September 2023).

Bed linen is included in the rental price, a set of towels can be booked for 15 euros per person per stay (payment in cash on site).

Livo is a rustic mountain village steeped in history and typical of the region. A perfect place for relaxation close to nature. The special location offers a wide range of opportunities for various leisure activities. In the center of the town is the Trattoria-Pizzeria Sant'Anna, which is well known beyond the region's borders. There is a small Alimentari in Livo for your daily needs of breakfast rolls, cheese and sausage. Livo is approximately 15 minutes' drive from the shores of Lake Como.
