Quietly located, just outside the village center of Gravedona is our apartment Casa GiaComo. From the front terrace you have a beautiful view over the village and Lake Como with the surrounding mountains. In 10 minutes walk you are on the promenade of Gravedona. There you will find many restaurants, bars, the best ice cream parlor in the region, a supermarket and a bank with ATMs. The mooring of the tour boat and the marina are also within walking distance on the boulevard.
Casa GiaComo is modern, fully furnished and fully equipped. We use it a lot ourselves and therefore set high standards for the interior. In 2025, air conditioning will be installed in the living room and sleeping loft. Our house also has a shaded terrace with seating at the rear and a mountain garden with herbs, flowers and shrubs. Through the access at the rear you enter the living / dining room with sliding doors to the terrace at the front. The open kitchen has everything you need to cook well, but also a dishwasher, espresso machine and even a pasta machine. The hall, with an extensive bookcase with a lot of information about the region, also gives access to the bedroom and bathroom. A staircase leads to the floor where there are 4 more beds. There is also a private spacious garage for the car.
