Villetta Paradiso is a fantastic house within walking distance of Lake Como. Located in a quiet place, but close (>5 minutes walk) to nice Italian restaurants, bars, beach and boulevard. Water sports are very close. Skiing can be done within 30 minutes by car. The Villetta has a spacious layout with lots of privacy, a private garden with BBQ, sunbeds and a (shared) swimming pool and is suitable for up to 4 people. It is equipped with every comfort and very suitable for a longer stay on Lake Como.

The Villetta has a spacious living room downstairs with open kitchen, dining table, sitting area and TV corner. Outside a spacious patio with a private garden and unobstructed views of the mountains and lake. There is also a spacious bathroom downstairs with toilet, bidet and shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king size bed, large wardrobe and balcony. A second bedroom with 4 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, bidet and bath with shower.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
