Casa della Poncia is a comfortable holiday home at due passi from the Lago di Como. It consists of two former wine houses that were joined together. From the balcony you can see the beautiful Lake Como. The house is close to an intimate beach, and if you walk a few hundred meters down the path along the lake, you will reach a bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Our house is equipped with all amenities, including a fireplace, dishwasher and washing machine, wifi and (Dutch) television. The two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite both sleep 3 people, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The house has several terraces and 3 bathrooms. Pianello is a nice village, and a good starting point for lovely walks in the area. If you like water sports, then you are at the right address. Culture and shopping are within easy reach, for example in Menaggio, Como and Milan.
We, Dewi van de Weerd and Bas Berends, have been coming to Pianello for many years. Together with our children, we spend a few weeks each year in our house near Lake Como. Every time, we enjoy the beautiful views, the delicious Italian cuisine and swimming in the lake. This experience we would like to share with you, as a tenant of Casa della Poncia.

The cozy kitchen has a dining table with five chairs, a nice 5-seater sofa and a bookcase full of books for the beach or by the fireplace.
