Casa della Poncia is a comfortable holiday home on the due passi of Lago di Como. It consists of two former wine houses that have been merged. From the balcony you can see the beautiful Lake Como.
The house is close to an intimate beach, and if you walk a few hundred meters along the path along the lake, you will come to a bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Our house is fully equipped, such as a new kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and oven, a fireplace, a washing machine, wifi and Dutch television. The two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite can sleep 3 and 5 people respectively. The house has several terraces, 2 bathrooms and a room with a washing machine.
Pianello is a nice village, which is a good starting point for beautiful walks in the area. If you like water sports, then you've come to the right place. Cultural activities and shopping are within easy reach in, for example, Menaggio, Como and Milan.
You can park your car along the road above the house. After that it is an 80m walk, including a steep part down. The house is accessed via a stone staircase. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
