PORLEZZA
The town of Porlezza (approx. 5,000 inhabitants) is located in a beautiful setting between the mountains and close to Lake Como. Here we offer our 4-person apartment with its own garden for rent. The apartment is part of the Residenza Porto Letizia holiday park and is located directly on Lake Lugano.

The apartment has an enclosed garden. From the garden you have a great view over the lake and the green mountains.
The park is connected to the promenade of Porlezza by a footbridge.

THE PARK RESIDENZA PORTO LETIZIA
The park is equipped with a reception, jeweler, hairdresser, lounge bar with large terrace overlooking the lake, an Italian specialty restaurant, internet café, park with maze and various playgrounds. There is also an enclosed beach area on the lake with a sunbathing area with sunbeds, outdoor showers and a beach bar. From 10 June to 2 September, various activities will take place at the park. There is ample parking (free). For a small fee you can use a washing machine or dryer.

LAYOUT 4-PERSON APARTMENT
The entrance to villa Begonia is located on the lake side. The entrance leads through the garden to the apartment. The apartment has an area of approx. 30 m2 with a garden of approx. 70 m2 on the lake side.

In the living room/kitchen there are 2 French doors that give a beautiful view over the garden, the park and the lake. In the living room/kitchen there is a luxurious sofa bed, which mechanically folds out to provide a normal bed (160x200), a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs, an HD TV with satellite receiver and a kitchenette. The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, four-burner gas stove with extractor hood and complete kitchen inventory.

The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and bath/shower.

The bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. There is a large three-door wardrobe in the hall.

Because the apartment is located on the ground floor with an enclosed garden, the apartment is very suitable for families with children.

The apartment is equipped with aluminum shooters for even more convenience and comfort.

Pets are not allowed.
