PORLEZZA
In a beautiful area between the mountains and near Lake Como lies the town of Porlezza (approx. 5,000 inhabitants). Here we offer our 4-person apartment with private garden for rent. The apartment is part of the holiday park Residenza Porto Letizia and is located directly on Lake Lugano.
The apartment has an enclosed garden. From the garden you have a great view over the lake and the green mountains.
The park is connected to the promenade of Porlezza by a footbridge.
THE RESIDENZA PORTO LETIZIA PARK
The park has a reception, jeweller, hairdresser, lounge bar with large terrace overlooking the lake, an Italian speciality restaurant, internet café, park with maze and several playgrounds. There is also an enclosed beach area on the lake with sunbathing area with sunbeds, outdoor showers and beach bar. From 10 June to 2 September, various activities will take place at the park. There is ample parking (free). For a small fee you can use a washing machine or dryer.
LAYOUT 4-PERSON APARTMENT
The entrance to villa Begonia is on the side of the lake. The entrance leads through the garden to the apartment. The apartment has an area of approximately 30 m2 with a garden of approximately 70 m2 on the side of the lake. The garden has a terrace 4x4, two sunbeds with cushions and a parasol diameter 4 M
In the living room/kitchen there are 2 patio doors that give a beautiful view over the garden, the park and the lake. In the living room/kitchen there is a luxury sofa bed, which mechanically folds out and offers a normal bed (160x200), a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs, an HD TV with satellite receiver CANAL+ and a kitchen unit. In the new kitchen there is a (Nespresso) coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven/kombi microwave, fridge with freezer, four-burner gas stove with extractor hood and complete kitchen inventory.
The recently (April 2025) completely renovated bathroom has a luxury washbasin, design radiator, toilet, and walk-in shower
The bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. In the hallway there is a large three-door cupboard.
Because the apartment is located on the ground floor with an enclosed garden, the apartment is very suitable for families with children.
The apartment is equipped with aluminum shooters for even more convenience and comfort.
Pets are not allowed.
