The master bedroom has a double bed with 3 narrow linen cupboards, for both hanging and linen.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, which can also be converted into a single bed and 1 narrow linen cupboard.

The cozy living room has a sofa, which can be converted into a single bed.

The bathroom has a neat shower cabin, a sink with cabinet and a large mirror. The toilet is located in a separate room. There is also a sink with cupboard here.

Casa Bianca also has air conditioning, which both cools and heats. The veranda, spanning the entire width of the mobile home, is fully equipped with a fully lockable transparent tarpaulin.
Casa Bianca is completely fenced.

We are the Van der Velden / Tichelaar Family and rent out our mobile home in beautiful Porlezza. We have been coming to this beautiful region for years and have had our own place near the lake for several years now.

Explanation of prices

Rental prices include gas/water/electricity/air conditioning and access to the swimming pool (if open). Tourist tax of € 1.00 pppn from 14 years and older. The deposit minus the tourist tax due will be refunded by the campsite upon departure.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
