Our chalet is located near the cozy town of Porlezza on Lake Lugano, where you can fully enjoy the lake, the green hills, the best pizzas, a good swimming pool, the many hours of sunshine, plenty of facilities for kids and a wonderful climate. The chalet is located in a peaceful dead end street with no neighbors across the street. If it is too hot, there is plenty of shade, but around the house there is also sun all day: breakfast, lunch, drinks and BBQ until the sun goes down.
The chalet (with air conditioning) is located in a holiday park on the shore of the lake, with a beautiful view of the green mountains around and within walking distance of Porlezza. It is located on the south side of the Alps, just across the Swiss border, about a 1000 km drive from Amsterdam (or a few hours' flight to Millaan) and has a mild Mediterranean climate with over 2200 hours of sunshine per year and a slightly cooling temperature in the summer. breeze. Lugano, Como, Lake Maggiore and the fashion city of Milan are within easy reach from Porlezza.
The chalet is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, bathroom with shower and toilet, a veranda, television, refrigerator and kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a camp bed or single bed. In short: fully equipped!

• Inside a furnished living room with a sofa and a storage cupboard. There is also a TV with satellite reception for Dutch channels.
• A fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, two refrigerators with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, coffee maker and microwave. Pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery are sufficiently available. The dining area consists of a table with 4 chairs. You must bring your own kitchen linen.
• A bathroom with toilet, washbasin with mirror and shower cubicle. Bring your own towels.
• Bedroom 1 has a double bed. (2 person duvet + 2 pillows are available). There are 2 handy storage cupboards. Bring your own bed linen.
• Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed and a baby bed. If necessary, a third bed can be placed here (three single duvets and 3 pillows available). There is also storage space here and there are sufficient hanging hooks. Also bring your own bed linen here.
• The spacious covered veranda is equipped with a large patio table with bucket seats and reclining chairs. A high chair is also available.
