This is the holiday apartment on the ground floor
The sitting room with the terrace doors to the garden, both the doors and the window have outside shutters with shutters that filter the sunlight. further a 3 seater sofa, this is a 2 person sofa bed. The dining table is suitable for 4 to 6 people. the flat screen TV is 101cm and hangs on the wall.
This is the open kitchen in L shape, fully equipped, with combi oven, all pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, to enjoy cooking. And a dishwasher. you can eat inside at the dining table, but even more fun outside at the garden table with a view and enjoy a nice drink with the view
This is the master bedroom, which has 2 patio doors to the garden, which makes it a bright sunny room and partly due to the design. The terrace doors are equipped with shutters on the outside, which allow you to regulate the sunlight

The children's room is nicely furnished with bunk beds 90x200 and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a spacious shower over the entire width and also has a window. The toilet on the right and the bidet on the left. there is another washbasin with furniture and an illuminated mirror
In the background you can see the vines. on the left is a small sunbathing area with beach beds and 3 umbrellas. the pool can be lit in the evening and can be heated. The water is cleaned by means of salt hydrolysis, so chlorine free.

the lavender in bloom, there are many lavender plants in the garden. I make scent pouches for my own use, and what I have left over goes to a daytime activity in Amersfoort. they make fragrant soaps and other fun things from this.
The house and apartment is completely illuminated all around.

This is a picture of the port of Cesenatico, designed by Leonardo Da Vinci, here you will find delicious fish restaurants, but there are also restaurants for those who are not fond of fish. there are of course nice shops, and tasty ice cream parlors, it is also nice to stroll here in the evening
