The holiday home is only a twenty minute drive from the Adriatic coast. In seaside resorts such as Cesenatico , Riccione and Rimini, you can enjoy a wonderful evening strolling along restaurants, markets, shopping, strolling along the boulevards, enjoying the summer bustle and of course the traditional Italian ice cream.
The picturesque village of Borghi is within walking distance, with an amazing view over the Adriatic Sea and the valleys along the route, where you can enjoy a typical Italian breakfast like the locals. The Supermarket is only a 5-minute drive away.
The saltwater swimming pool can be heated and is wonderfully large (10x4x1.35 meters!) There is a sunbathing area with sunbeds and parasols.
The apartment has a master bedroom and a children's room with bunk beds. The bright living room with patio doors to the garden with terrace, is nicely and comfortably furnished, and has a double sofa bed, the open kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking.
