Casa Felice is a beautiful, restored stone farmhouse in a secluded location, within walking distance of a small village with restaurant, bar, bakery and shop. The house was renovated a few years ago, preserving the original features and using original materials where possible.

It is now a comfortable, stylish and well-equipped property, with stunning views, a private 10m x 5m swimming pool and beautiful gardens. Located in the Gran Sasso National Park, yet only 45 minutes drive from the Adriatic coast.

The house is set in 6 hectares of land, including many fruit trees, an olive grove and woodland. The house offers a lot of privacy because it is secluded, yet only 1 km from the village of Villa Cupoli and a 5-minute drive from the town of Farindola.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests and the outdoor terraces are ideal for dining, soaking up the sun and relaxing, while enjoying the beautiful views. Guests have access to all areas of the property and are free to explore the grounds at will.

We, Kees and Jeanne, have been the proud owners of Casa Felice in Cupoli since 2023. A nice house in Abruzzo where peace and space are one of the nice things. We are happy to make our house available to people who treat our beautifully furnished house with just as much care as we do. What we appreciate about Abruzzo is its authenticity. Beautiful villages/towns, friendly people, lots of culture and nature. We have been offering our house through Micazu since the end of 2023. If you would like a reference, please let us know.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
