Our converted country house is situated on 15 hectares of private land with 550 olive trees and a vineyard, 5 km outside the town of Penne. We have beautiful views of Gran Sasso and Penne on one side, and on a picturesque village Picciano on the other.
The guesthouse has a separate entrance, private sun terrace with a table, 4 chairs and 4 relax chairs, with a parasol. There is also a BBQ for guests.
Inside are 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, 4 burner gas stove with electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and other extras such as a blender, juicer and more.
There is also a very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, there is also a separate toilet. There is also a washing machine for guest use.
Guests can also use our swimming pool 5x11 meters with a grand view of the Gran Sasso.
We also have a real traditional pizza oven, so on request we can bake a tasty pizza for our guests.
The many beautiful beaches are easily accessible at approx. 20 km. The high mountains up to 2900 meters high are about 30 km to the west.
