Beautiful old house, very comfortable and well renovated, with a large private garden and a large covered terrace (21 m2) .The house is on 2 floors, with a large and fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large table and a comfortable sitting area with TV and DVD player and stereo and a small bathroom with a washing machine.The bedrooms are on the second floor and there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 bunk beds (so 4 beds), on the upper floor floor is a large bathroom with a separate shower and a bath.Located in the national park Gran Sasso with views of the mountains Majella and Morrone and a beautiful view of the Caracciolo castle of Tocco da Casauria, you can easily make trips from the house on foot.Located in a strategic place, easily accessible by car, close to Pescara with its airport connected with Ryanair flights, the sea and the beautiful Adriatic coast.It house is located on a hill near the mountains of the Majella and Morrone where you can go hiking, skiing in winter, near towns such as medieval town Sulmona (house of the famous confetti) but also Pacentro or Chieti. Abruzzo is very beautiful from the sea to the mountains and it is really worth it to spend a holiday, so far little discovered by tourists.
