Lekehalom

This holiday home is located on a road between the villages Tiszaszentimre (10 minutes cycling distance, supermarket) and Tiszaderz. The building was converted in 2010 from an old school to a luxury country house with swimming pool. The house is located between the farmlands and next to a farm with agriculture. Very suitable for two families (maximum 8 people).

In the vicinity there are three national parks, the famous Puszta (30 minutes), Lake Tisza and the Bukk Mountains (1 hour). But Budapest is also easily accessible in a day trip (2 hours). Cycling, hiking, fishing, visiting wine regions or going to a restaurant. The large Lake Tisza is a 15 minute drive where you can sunbathe, swim or water sports. A bike ride around the lake is 80 kilometers. Bikes, canoes or motor boats can be rented. Nature lovers can visit or walk bird breeding areas here.

The house is very suitable for people with their own boat, Lake Tisza is nearby and a berth can be reserved at the luxury marina of Abadszalok. You can sail with boats on Lake Tisza, also surfing, sailing, water skiing or wakeboarding is permitted.

For a nice day trip you can go to Eger, Debrecen or Budapest. The town of Eger is located at an hour's drive from Tiszaszentimre at the foot of the Bukk Mountains. Debrecen is not a well-known city, but it is the second largest city in Hungary with many historic buildings.

Budapest is a versatile city with many sights. In two hours you walk in the shopping street of Budapest, great for a day trip.
