Beautifully renovated house + studio with two thousand m²; garden (fenced) covered terrace, all comfort, lots of sun (seven hundred hours more than ours), quiet, barbecue, beautiful swimming pool (ten meters * five meters) with lighting in the bath.

Lots of space in the house, living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Bathroom with rain shower. Right next to the house there is a studio for 4 persons (always rented together with the house). It is very nicely decorated. The bathroom in the studio has a nice massage shower. All beds are equipped with firm mattresses (two two-meter double beds (four-poster bed and a regular bed) plus a one-meter alcove ninety-five centimeters and a sofa bed of one meter ninety centimeters and a bunk bed of one meter eighty centimeters: at least one third of your Holiday time in an excellent bed !! There is wifi (optional) Moreover, both house and studio are nice and fresh and healthy in the summer - good insulation There are mosquito nets for every room and a fly door for every door.

HOUSE AND STUDIO ARE ALWAYS RENTED TOGETHER, SO NO EXTRA COSTS FOR RENTING THE STUDIO.

The house is built in an L-shape which ensures a lot of intimacy. Right next to the kitchen is the very spacious covered terrace. You will find a wicker table and chairs. Next to the terrace is the barbeque. In the garden you will find the fantastic large swimming pool (ten meters long, five meters wide) with night lighting for the pool. There is an outdoor shower and a slide for the kids. There is a summer cover - if used properly (+ five degrees Celsius for the water). In the garden there is a second covered terrace by the pool. There are
four sun loungers and six deck chairs by the pool. There are many nut trees in the garden. You can play football, volleyball, petanque, .... In the shed there are eight bicycles, which are freely available.
