Villa Medusa is a beautiful, recently built villa with private pool on the sunny south coast of Crete. This attractive villa can accommodate up to 6 people and combines luxury, comfort and privacy in a unique location with stunning views over the valley and the Libyan Sea. Thanks to the smart layout, the villa is perfect for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy peace and quiet together.
Inside
The main building has a cozy kitchen, an attractive living room with panoramic views and a spacious bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is a separate toilet and a laundry room.
Through the spacious outdoor kitchen you reach the two separate bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, private bathroom and separate toilet. All rooms have air conditioning, sliding doors, screen doors and blackout curtains. Fresh herbs grow on the attractive patio that you can of course use for the kitchen.
Outside
Around the private pool there are six comfortable sunbeds and you can fully enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. The spacious outdoor kitchen with large dining table is the place to have an extensive breakfast together or to dine for a long time on warm summer evenings. There are also umbrellas, an outdoor shower and parking available.
Please note: the holiday home is less suitable for children under the age of 12 and the main house has 1 bedroom, the other bedrooms are separate and are slightly higher (a few steps) than the main house.
Surroundings
From the villa you can walk between the olive groves into the valley and enjoy the peace, nature and clear starry sky. The beach is only a ten minute drive away.
The authentic village of Mariou is within walking distance and has a small shop, a cozy grill tavern and a traditional kafenion (traditional Greek coffee house). Lively Plakias is 4 km away and offers supermarkets, restaurants, beach bars, a diving school and a long sandy beach. Or how about a nice relaxing massage with olive oil? Enjoy the beautiful sunset on a terrace or in one of the beach bars.
