This carefully designed two-storey villa welcomes guests into bright, modern interiors that combine comfort and style. The ground floor features an open plan living room with smart TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. A bathroom with shower and a double bedroom are also located on this floor.
Upstairs, guests will find a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a private sea view terrace - perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a fifth guest. All rooms are air-conditioned and mosquito nets for extra comfort. The enclosed private garden features a swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area with outdoor furniture to enjoy the Cretan breeze.
Villa Nikodem is part of a new complex with two brand new, detached holiday villas (the other villa is Villa Nika), each with a private pool. Villa Nikodem and Villa Nika are built next to each other and can be rented separately or together (in total suitable for 8/10 people). Both villas are completely detached, but can be joined into one whole by the gate that separates the garden.
