Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival: Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- Possibility to place 2 free extra beds for 11th and 12th person

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit waiver: € 800 per stay, refundable
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Central heating from 15.10 to 15.04: € 375 per week
