Villa Nika
Villa Nika is a stylish and welcoming holiday retreat with a private pool, located in the charming village of Galatas on the island of Crete. Just a short walk from the sea, the villa offers an ideal combination of tranquil relaxation and proximity to the highlights of Crete, including the lively centre of Chania and the popular resort of Agia Marina.
This newly built villa spans two floors and features elegant, modern furnishings that ensure a comfortable stay. With two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to five guests. The well-maintained outdoor area includes an enclosed garden, dining area, and private pool.

Villa Nika offers an inviting, bright interior spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, freezer and dishwasher. A bright double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete this floor.
Upstairs, guests will find a second double bedroom and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a private terrace, ideal for a morning coffee or an evening relaxing under the stars.

Villa Nika is part of a new complex with two brand new, detached holiday villas (the other villa is Villa Nikodem), each with a private pool.
Villa Nika and Villa Nikodem are built next to each other and can be rented separately or together (a total of 8/10 beds). Both villas are completely detached, but can be joined into one whole by the gate that separates the garden.
