In the village (Charaso - approx. 40 inhabitants): Recently there is a cozy tavern where you can eat delicious traditional food. For daily shopping, the nearby Pano Gouves is a 10-minute drive away.
Pano Gouves (10 min. drive): Here you will find two mini-supermarkets, several taverns and an authentic bakery.
Kato Gouves (15 min. drive): A lively seaside resort with fine sandy beaches, shops, cozy taverns, supermarkets and an attractive boulevard.
Heraklion & Airport: Within a 30-minute drive you are in the capital or at the airport.
About Villa Raki (Sleeps 8 people)
This recently renovated villa of 120 m² combines modern comfort with authentic elements. Thanks to the spacious layout and the wonderful outdoor life, this is the perfect base for family holidays or groups.
Ground floor
Living room: Air-conditioned, a comfortable corner sofa and a flat-screen TV.
Kitchen & Dining Room: A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a fridge/freezer with filtered tap water and ice dispenser. In the center is a large 'tree trunk' dining table for 8 people.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds (90x200), wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bathroom 1: Luxury rain shower, double vanity unit, toilet, electric design radiator and hair dryer.
Other: Separate toilet and a storage room with washing machine and iron.
First floor
Bedroom 2 (Master): Very spacious double bed (180x220), wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: Double bed (180x220), wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan and balcony with seating.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds (90x200), wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan and balcony with seating.

Roof terrace: Accessible from the first floor, equipped with 2 sunbeds and a parasol for ultimate relaxation.
Outdoor Living & Comfort
Terrace: Equipped with a BBQ, two outdoor tables, two umbrellas and eight garden chairs (can be expanded with four chairs from the balcony).
Pool: An Intex above-ground pool (200x300 cm) provides the necessary cooling on hot summer days.
Sustainability: The hot water is heated in an environmentally friendly way by means of a solar water heater.
