Spread across two levels, the villa boasts four bedrooms, expansive living spaces, and a state-of-the-art kitchen with high-grade appliances. First Level:

The master en-suite bedroom is a sanctuary of tranquility, featuring a walk-in wardrobe, a private W.C., and its own terrace—a perfect retreat to soak in the peaceful surroundings. 
Guest Bedroom 1 also provides a serene space with an en-suite bathroom and captivating views. Blackout curtains ensure an undisturbed, restful sleep.
This thoughtfully designed first level offers approximately 105 square meters of elegant interior space complemented by an expansive 120 square meters of exterior living space, creating an unforgettable setting for your stay.

The ground floor of Hilltop House offers the perfect combination of relaxation and entertainment, setting the scene for an unforgettable getaway.
Accessed separately from the main villa, two tastefully designed en-suite guest bedrooms provide ample storage space and privacy. Each room features floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that open onto a private terrace, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with the tranquility of the surrounding landscape.
A dedicated cinema room on this level is ideal for cozy movie nights, while a PlayStation 4 ensures endless entertainment for younger guests. Adventure lovers are also well catered for, with bicycles and a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) provided for endless fun on the nearby Ionian Sea.
Convenience is key, with a well-equipped utility area that includes a washing machine and tumble dryer, making extended stays easy and comfortable.
The property also features private indoor parking complete with a Tesla charger, along with additional off-road parking just outside the villa.

Exterior

Hilltop House boasts some of the finest views over the Ionian Sea, set against the ever-changing colors of the Acarnanian mountains. For added comfort during the cooler months of autumn, early winter, and spring, the pool can be heated upon request (additional fees apply).

The main villa is not connected to the two ground level guest bedrooms internally, only by the external stairs.
