The Luxury Villa Elia'N with fantastic views over the sea and mountains in the authentic village of Pogonia, very close to the cozy town of Paleros was built in 2017. It has a beautifully landscaped garden with several terraces, so you can always choose between sun and shade. There is also a large private swimming pool. The Villa is located in a small-scale neighborhood with a few other holiday villas hidden between the olive groves. In the middle of the original green nature, everyone can relax and enjoy the real Greek life.

The Villa consists of a spacious living room and kitchen. On both sides of the living room is a spacious bedroom with its own luxury bathroom and toilet. A beautiful walk-in shower with rain shower completes the luxury feeling. The bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes where there is no shortage of space. All rooms have large glass sliding doors and open onto the immense terrace. From all rooms you have a view of the sea and the beautiful mountain on the other side of the water that changes color every time.

On one level lower in the garden is the third bedroom with its own luxury bathroom with toilet. This bedroom also has a walk-in shower with rain shower. This bedroom is completely independent of the house and can be used as a separate apartment.

Next to the third bedroom there is a large storage room where pillows and sunbeds can be stored dry.

A real "fun" place has been created on the lower part of the garden. At the large luxury infinity private swimming pool (5 by 10 meters) is a beautiful large terrace with lovely sun loungers and plenty of umbrellas to sunbathe or dream away. In addition, this "Fun" place has a beautifully covered lounge corner with a lovely dining area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has a barbeque, refrigerator, coffee and tea machine.
So you can enjoy yourself all day long in this lovely place.

The whole is surrounded by an architecturally landscaped garden with fragrant plants, beautiful shrubs and trees and a lawn. Here is also the beautiful outdoor shower with rain shower (hot & cold water).
