We rent one luxurious studio to our newly built villa.
Our plot borders directly on a quiet beach in front of the Ionian Sea, perhaps the most beautiful sea in Europe and the location is really UNIQUE.
Located in the rural village of Pogonia near Lefkada, easily accessible by Transavia via Schiphol-Preveza.
The guest house is located at the bottom right and is specifically designed for a romantic holiday
for a maximum of 2 people.
Right next to the villa there is ample parking space and the rental area has a separate entrance
through the gate on the quiet gravel road.
The studio is equipped with every luxury including a kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob, extractor hood and dishwasher (all from Miele).
The sliding windows are equipped with shutters and mosquito nets.
The bathroom has plenty of towels, hair doger and electric toothbrush from Braun
you only need to bring the Oral-B brush heads.
Thermal comfort is regulated :
-cooling by air conditioning or floor cooling
-heating by warm air or underfloor heating
The guest house is 42 m² in size and the terrace in front measures 33 m² with an infinite (Infinitum) view of the sea including the islands in front. The outdoor area has 2 chairs and sun loungers, a three-seater sofa and a table for 6 people, all in teak.
Next to the studio is a large storage room that you can use, e.g. for drying swimwear or storing empty suitcases.
For rentals longer than a week, the bed linen is refreshed, and towels are changed as desired.
There is also a separate laundry room (accessible via an outside door) with washing machine and dryer / dryer
that you can possibly use it for longer stays.
Our pool is private (so not usable for tenants),
But there is a quiet pool 5 x 13 m with bar and breakfast area at 75 m.
But most people come for the intimate beaches such as for the villa.
