This modern and energy-efficient holiday home (195m2) consists of three floors: the ground floor, the first and the second floor. All floors are equipped with underfloor heating and this can be adjusted per room .
The ground floor
Upon entering the ground floor, on the side of the villa, you enter a long corridor where there is space to store your coats and (walking) shoes . The man cave has a pool table, TV, a bar and patio doors with a view of the village. Adjacent is a first bedroom with two separate box springs. At the end of the hall is a walk-in shower that you can use before and/or after a wonderful sauna visit. The sauna is also located in the ground floor. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and dryer and an extra sink for cleaning purposes. The first floorVia the stairs you reach the first floor in the central hall with a second main entrance at the back of the house, the toilet and a storage room. To the left of the staircase you will find the access to the kitchen and living room. The four high windows give a spacious effect, bring a lot of light and emphasize the great panorama over Silbach.Through the patio doors you enter the roof terrace with a size of 40m2. From a seating area you can enjoy the beautiful view. Between the kitchen and the living room, a solid oak table is central with 4 comfortable dining chairs, two benches and a high chair. The living room has a sofa and two chairs, 1 with reading lamp. In addition to the 1st floor, there is an outdoor children's playground with a slide and a seesaw and is equipped with rubber tiles. Next to the house, you can again enjoy the view of the valley of Silbach. The L-shaped open kitchen has a large refrigerator, a combi oven, induction hob, dishwasher and built-in space for garbage. Even from the kitchen you have a view of the hills of Sauerland.
The second floor
Villa Silberberg has a total of four bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double box spring. One of the bedrooms is located in the lower floor and has two separate box springs. The remaining three bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. The bathroom has a double sink with electric taps, a toilet, a bath and a walk-in shower. The bathroom has a view of the orchard and the picking garden.
General information
Parking is available on site, there is space for 4 cars and there is an 11KW charging station in the garage. Inquire about the possibilities for charging.
Pets and smoking are not allowed, making Villa Silberberg an allergy-friendly house.
IMPORTANT : Tenants are not allowed to use the house for parties, bachelor parties or similar events.
