The apartment is on the 1st floor of a spacious detached house on a plot of over 3100 m2. The house has a large carport with roof terrace (36 m2). There is also a terrace of 150 m2 with a grill / bbq. Both terraces are equipped with cozy garden furniture (Free Wifi accessible inside and outside). From the terraces you have a beautiful panoramic view of the surroundings. The forest behind the house offers good play opportunities for children. The uphill walking path connects to the hiking path to the adjacent village.
During your stay you are the only occupant (s) of the detached house.
From the house you have direct access to many walks in forests, meadows and nearby streams. For the experienced and untrained cyclists there is the Sauerland Radring, a slightly sloping 84 km of newly paved cycle path on a former train track. For motorcyclists it is a great starting point for motorcycle tours. The engines can be safely stored in the carport. The tourist-friendly towns of Winterberg, Schmallenberg and Meschede are in the vicinity.
At about 3 km from the house in the center of Eslohe is the beautiful heated indoor and outdoor pool Esselbad.
Directly next to the pool is a beautiful park with an extensive playground for children up to 15 years.
In Eslohe there are 4 large supermarkets, several restaurants, a horse riding school, mini golf, tennis and the micro brewery Essel-Bräu.
Pets are not allowed. The house is non-smoking.
