Welcome to Stadtgraben24. This spacious and traditional half-timbered house was built high on the mountain in the village of Hirschberg, near Warstein. Because of its location, there is a beautiful view over the vast valley with Arnsberg Forest Nature Park. The interior of the house is a mix of tradition and modern comfort and appearance. The house can accommodate a group of up to eight people, but is also suitable to be alone or as a couple to stay. Whether you are looking for a quiet place for a week retreat or you have an active holiday in mind, this spacious house in the quiet village you will find what you are looking for. It is a perfect base for the many activities and opportunities of the German Sauerland.

We are Sanne and Wessel. We are very happy with our beautiful holiday home. The house offers space for 9 people and provides you with all comforts. Hirschberg is beautifully situated in Sauerland and has many catering options available. The area offers many options for (sports) activities. We like cycling very much. There is a garage available for storage of bicycles and there is also a high-pressure sprayer. We can provide you with tips on walking and cycling routes. We warmly welcome you!

The stated price is per night for the house based on use by 1 person. For each additional person you pay € 18.00 per person, per night.

Since July 2022, we have charged an extra rate for energy if a lot of energy is used, such as during frost. This is done in reasonable consultation with the guest and must be paid in cash upon departure.

On the first floor, next to the kitchenette, you will find a cozy living room where guests can relax on the couch after an active day.
All seven bedrooms have new beds with wooden headboards. All bedrooms are also equipped with fitted wardrobes and new beds.
Enjoy a good glass of wine at this lovely sitting area by the wood-burning stove in the dining room.
The dining room has a spacious, attractive dining area. There is also a seat for two by the wood stove overlooking the forest valley. Through the dining room you reach the terrace with veranda through French doors.

The cozy living room on the first floor has three large sofas. From the living room you have a beautiful view over the valley (Renautal). Are you up early? Then spot the deer that often walk through our garden looking for food or a resting place.
In the holiday home, all bedrooms are spacious and the beds are wonderful!
The spacious bedrooms on the second floor are equipped with comfortable beds, a sink and cupboards.
The four bedrooms on the top floor are all equipped with washbasins.
The cosy, German kitchen has everything you need. There is also a cooking island for extra worktop.
The cozy kitchen has everything you need, a wide range of pans, cutlery, plates, etc. You can walk through the front door to the terrace.
Waldhaus Winterberg is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest, close to the ski slope, Erlebnisberg Kappe & countless hiking and biking trails. Within walking distance of a few nice restaurants and at the foot of the Kahler Asten.
