Picture it: a great view of the rolling mountains of the Sauerland, while drinking your coffee on the balcony and watching a bird of prey make its rounds. A large garden where you can barbecue or play, with a view of the stream behind the house. And located in the middle of Winterberg, Olsberg and Willingen, it is a perfect base for trips to the lakes, towns or mountains. Or in winter: a fire in the wood stove, a view over the snowy garden and hills, coziness with many because the house is large. After skiing, cross-country skiing or hiking, relax in a large bath or under the generously sized rain shower. And cook together in a cozy kitchen that is fully equipped. 

Take a short walk in the morning for fresh bread rolls and cake from the bakery in the village of Elpe and breakfast on the sunny balcony. Take beautiful walks or seek out the (relative) hustle and bustle of Winterberg and then enjoy a well-deserved drink in the large garden. Tonight barbecuing with a view of the fast-flowing stream that borders the garden?

This house is suitable for 1-7 people. The simpler ground floor apartment can no longer be rented as of 11/2/2025; Only for previously placed bookings by larger groups, the apartment with the accompanying sauna and the covered terrace is still available.

- 2nd floor: games attic with shuffleboard, air hockey, football and darts. Also some fitness equipment. (accessible via loft ladder).
- Outside: large garden against the slope, with sun almost all day. In addition to a fast-flowing stream, you will find a wooden Sauerland bench in the garden. The stream is separated from the garden with fencing. Next to the house is an 8-person garden table with a party tent. 
- Garage: table tennis table, sledges, ski equipment, mountain bikes, scooter, game equipment.
- Parking: this can be done on the street or on the side of the house (along a sloping driveway).
The house is not rented to youth groups/bachelor parties and seasonal workers. 

Elpe is a beautiful village with 500 inhabitants, several half-timbered houses, many marked walks; many opportunities for sporty cycling and even the opportunity to learn paragliding at a special 'Gleitschirmschule' in Elpe. A short distance away are the Fort Fun amusement park, summer toboggan runs, ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, the largest waterfall in North Rhine-Westphalia, swimming pools in Siedlinghausen and Olsberg, nature reserves such as the Hochheide Niedersfeld and the Bruchhauser Steine and nice towns such as Winterberg, Olsberg and Arnsberg.
