At a distance of approximately 300 km from Utrecht in the border area between North Rine-Westphalia and Hesse, is our quiet and cozy cottage. The village situated in High Sauerland is Padberg, a village with about 500 inhabitants in the Natur Park Diemelsee. The property is situated on one of the mountains built around the center, located in a small and quiet neighborhood. The house has a beautiful view on the village, the characteristic church and the valley. From the garden you can see the Cassle of Padberg. The Diemelsee is 5 km away, a few of the many possibilities for relaxation are walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, water sports and fishing. There are pleasant shopping towns, many small restaurants, amusement parks, theaters, castles and monasteries. The area has great historical ties with the Netherlands and the Royal family. For winter sports enthusiasts Willingen is 19 kilometers away from the house. Also by train from nearby Bredelar, Willingen easily to reach. Also ski area Winterberg from is easily accessible from Padberg and for winter sports and tourism worthwhile.
