After skiing, cross-country skiing or walking, relax in the sauna, a large bath or under the spacious rain shower. And cook together in a cozy kitchen that is fully equipped.

Take beautiful walks or experience the (relative) hustle and bustle of Winterberg and then enjoy a well-deserved drink in the large garden. Would you like to barbecue tonight with a view of the fast-flowing stream that borders the garden? This house for 2-7 people can also be rented together with the simpler downstairs apartment (2-4 p): then there is a bed for 11 people.

2nd floor: games attic with, among other things, shuffleboard, air hockey, football and darts. Also some fitness equipment. (accessible via loft ladder).
Outside: large garden on the slope, with sun almost all day. The garden borders a fast-flowing stream with summer meadows behind it. The stream is separated from the garden with a fence. Next to the house is a covered terrace with a seating area, an infrared sauna for 2 people and a picnic bench. Parking: this is possible on the street or on the side of the house (along a slightly sloping driveway).

For a larger group it is also possible to rent our simpler apartment. This is accessible via a (lockable) door in the hall or from outside via a private entrance. It consists of a bedroom of 18 m2 with a double bed of 180x200 (Auping electric mesh base), a living room of 25 m2 with an excellent sofa bed, armchair, small dining table and a beautiful ornamental wood stove; adjoining kitchen with fridge-freezer, 2-burner stove (electric) and various equipment; small, renovated bathroom with toilet, sink and shower; partly covered terrace. The apartment is slightly cooler than the rest of the house. Are you interested in just the apartment? This is also possible in consultation (if the house is not rented).

House and apartment are not rented to youth groups/bachelor parties and seasonal workers.

Elpe is a beautiful village with 750 inhabitants, several half-timbered houses, many marked walks; many opportunities for sporty cycling and even the opportunity to learn paragliding at a special 'Gleitschirmschule' in Elpe. A short distance away are the Fort Fun amusement park, the summer toboggan run, ski areas, cross-country ski trails, the largest waterfall in North Rhine-Westphalia, the Aqua Olsberg swimming paradise, nature reserves such as the Hochheide Niedersfeld and the Bruchhauser Steine and nice towns such as Winterberg, Olsberg and Arnsberg.
