Great base in a nice quiet place about 20 minutes drive from Winterberg. Nice big house with good beds, sauna, complete kitchen and all other necessary amenities, good information in advance, everything is arranged. Even a collection of skis, ski boots, helmets and poles, for those who don't have their own ski equipment.

We stayed with the family in this house in Elpe for five days in February 2025. It is a very beautiful house and you lack nothing! Including a nice play attic / man cave, garage full of bicycles / ski gear etc 😃 everything above expectations! And delicious beds! From there we were able to ski in the area for a few days! Highly recommended!

The location is very nice, a spacious house with many facilities. Beautiful spacious bedrooms and nice beds, upstairs a nice bathroom.

As far as we are concerned, hygiene is a point of attention. There are a lot of things, difficult to keep everything clean.

A lovely house with all comforts and entertainment! The place was wonderfully quiet in the small Elpe. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, especially during breakfast. Almost every day we took a walk to the bakery for fresh rolls. Elpe is centrally located for fun trips in Sauerland. We had a wonderful holiday!

The facility is really well suited for a group. Only the wlan is not very strong if home office is to be operated from there. The garden is great, the house is well equipped and the balcony really has a great view.

Top days gone. Only the apartment underneath is a bit outdated. Downstairs bathroom is in need of replacement.

Beautiful house which is equipped with all comforts! For the children (but also for the parents) a lot of toys, comics, games available, perfect for when the weather is a bit worse.
