Half-timbered house from 1910 with lots of space in and around the house.
Our dream house in the winter.
Welcome to Haus am Anger! Front view of the half-timbered house.
New kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and plenty of cupboard space.
Sink and extra cupboard space.
On this side of the kitchen is the oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (Bravilor), kettle, senseo.
Spacious dining table of 3 meters long, to sit comfortably together.
Cozy warmth from the soapstone wood burning stove. The wood is free.
The dining room and sitting room are adjacent to each other.
The sitting room is equipped with TV (with Dutch channels via CanalDigital), radio, DVD, CD player, spacious 3-seater sofa and 4 armchairs.

In this wonderfully bright L-room there is an extra seating area to read a book, for example. Also, the play corner in this space.

The bathroom on the first floor. With spacious walk-in shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
In this very spacious bedroom with 2 1-person box springs of 210 cm is a wardrobe, 2 cots and a camp bed available. Can be darkened with shutters.
The balcony room with beautiful view. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe.
In addition to the 12 single box springs, there is a bunk bed (extra), fun for children. An extra single bed is placed in one of the other bedrooms. The total number of beds is 15.
The bathroom on the second floor has a bath, shower, toilet and double sink.
The new bathroom (with underfloor heating) on the second floor has a bath, a spacious shower, toilet and double sink.
Authentic details such as stained glass have been preserved.

The terrace was completely renovated and enlarged in 2020.
Large trampoline and fun playground for the children. With 2 swings, rings, slide, house and climbing wall.

The outdoor swimming pool in Siedlinghausen is within walking distance of the house. There is also an indoor swimming pool in the village.

Restaurant der Gruner Apfel is 200 meters from the house. Recommended!

The seating area has lots of light and a beautiful view through the large glass facade. The flat-screen TV has all Dutch channels in HD quality.
New kitchen (2024) with induction stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The apartment is located in this small-scale complex on the ground floor. There is a spacious sunny garden around the house and it is surrounded by forest.

In winter often is the house under a thick layer of snow. In the area you can then great winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding and cross country skiing. And by the height in the garden is an ideal place sled

In winter you can ski on, especially the large area of ??Winterberg (26 lifts) is very popular and only 9km from the apartment
The complex is located in the small authentic village Elpe where little outside a bakery-cafe. But was the rest? Within fifteen minutes denotes popular places Winterberg and Willingen!
