Within walking distance of the Worpsweder Bahnhof and the cultural center of Worpswede and many convenient facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool, riding school, sports fields and many nice restaurants and galleries. From the terrace you can see the deer and the squirrels enjoying themselves.

This mini-villa has everything to relax and enjoy. A spacious dining room, a cozy living room with fireplace and a kitchen with (electric) stove, oven and fully equipped for cooking. The terrace is unique and a haven of peace!

The striking wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor, where there is a spacious bathroom (shower/toilet/bath) and 2 spacious, recently renovated bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 separate single beds, the other a double bed and a single bed/sofa. In the hallway is an antique, spacious desk, in case of concentrated work.

The house is completely at the disposal of the guests. It is fully equipped, including garden furniture, a lounger and cushions.
