In the beautiful wooded Feriengebiet in Uelsen you can relax in holiday home De Marke. In a quiet green area, surrounded by squirrels, various bird species, rabbits and owls, you will find everything you need to celebrate your holiday.

Our holiday home is located in the Feriengebiet van Uelsen. The spacious 2 - 6 person luxury holiday home is free on approximately 1500 m2 of private land. From the covered terrace there is a beautiful view of the high-lined garden. The holiday home has a spacious kitchen and living room, which is tastefully filled with a (wood-burning) Cologne stove. On the ground floor there is a spacious double bedroom and bathroom. A 2nd spacious 4 person bedroom is included in the basement.

There are also plenty of challenges for the children. Within 5 minutes you will find an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a large natural landscaped playground, a soccer field, and a museum about the Bronze Age.

In the summer months you can still taste your own picked strawberries at the Manderveen strawberry picking farm.

Sports enthusiasts can also lose their energy, around the holiday home you will find beautiful mountain bike routes, indoor tennis courts and an obstacle course. For the starting mountain biker there is a Giant mountain bike available at the holiday home.

For nature lovers among you there are many nature reserves in the area for beautiful forest walks. The beautiful nature reserves such as the Springendal, Watermill Bels in Vasse, De Bronnen at Nutter and sand excavation Getelo are also nearby.

We also recommend you to visit the beautiful art city of Ootmarsum, Vasse, Nordhorn and of course the center of Uelsen.

We are Debby and Roel, since 2019 we have been offering our holiday home in Uelsen. After the first glance we were in love with the holiday home and its beautiful natural surroundings. The property is visited daily by squirrels, jay, and other animals. The holiday home was renovated in 2017 and 2019 and offers a pleasant atmosphere. Sitting comfortably with the crispy Cologne pot gave us a wonderful feeling of freedom and would like to share this with you. We therefore welcome you warmly.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices mentioned apply to the rental of the entire holiday home including electricity, water and linen (bed, bath and kitchen linen).

The following weekends can be extended or adjusted on request:
Easter weekend,
Ascension Day,
Pentecost,
Christmas,
Old and new.
The additional cost of renewal is upon request.

Changeover days are usually Monday and Friday. Deviating arrival and departure days are possible in consultation outside the school holidays or as a last minute.
During the construction industry holiday and Christmas holidays, the house is rented out per week.
Midweek and weekends are only possible on request as a last minute (max. 10 days before arrival).

Arrival and departure times:
On the day of arrival you can use the holiday home from 15.00 hours.
On the day of departure you must leave the holiday home before 10.00 am.

Reservation:
Within 14 days of receiving our rental agreement/invoice on your reservation request, you are expected to pay 50% of the total rental price.
The rest of the rental amount must be received by us 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Reservation less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: payment of the full rental price immediately upon receipt of our rental agreement/invoice.
Your reservation is final after we have accepted your booking.

Cancellation:
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

If you cancel up to 42 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50%.

In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival date 90%, then 100%.
