The apartment, which was built in 2022, is located just across the border from Ootmarsum and consists of a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with box spring and a spacious bathroom with shower and double sink. There is a spacious balcony and WiFi. The apartment is equipped with solar panels, heat pump, underfloor heating and electrically operated shutters.

In the vicinity of the apartment there is a Bäckerei & Konditorei where you can get fresh rolls every morning and where you can also sit down for coffee and cake.

The rental price includes the use of bed and bath linen and final cleaning.

The apartment can be rented for a weekend (Fri-Mon); one midweek (Mon-Fri) and per week.

A different rental period is possible in consultation.

The rental price includes the use of bed and bath linen and the final cleaning.

The water and energy consumption is calculated on the basis of the meter readings.

Departure before 11:00 am, arrival after 2:00 pm.
