Make your holiday unforgettable and "reside" in the former town hall of the old "Bergstadt" Wildemann, as once the village notables.

Built in 1870, typical Harz patricianhouse, situated at the Bohlweg, central in the village. Without having to bridge a height you can find restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Slightly elevated lying on the sunny slope of the Gallingsberg, the AltesRathaus is not directly at the roadside, but at a small square, where the footpath begins to the church as well as a starting the point for many nature trails.

The former town hall currently has two large, bright houses, the third house will be completed in early 2018, as the rear terrace and the gardens around the house. The houses can be booked separate (1-6 pers) or together (7-10 pers.), currently up to 10 persons (early 2018, 18 people)

The Magistrats Residence  is the property on the upper floor.
The topfloor residence with perfect views in all directions over the valley of the Innerste and Old Mountain Town Wildemann.

Up to 6 persons, a spacious living room, three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Two bedrooms with double bed and flat screen TV plus a bedroom with two single beds, all bedrooms supplied with wardrobes. Living room with flat screen TV with satellite reception of all free radio and TV stations, sound system with CD's, books and games. Obviously fast W-Lan in the entire house.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities to cook yourself, 4 ring induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, etc.

Use of washer and dryer on request.
