Location
The holiday home is beautifully situated in the village of Itterbeck in the Grafschaft Bentheim, close to the Dutch tourist towns of Ootmarsum, Vasse and the German Uelsen. Vast forests, moors and meadows make the immediate vicinity popular for cyclists and walkers.

Cycling and walking
The Grafschafter Bicycle Tour is located next to the holiday home, a well-marked cycling route of more than 200 kilometers. The Bike Bus runs along this route, so you can comfortably complete the bike tour in stages. Natura 2000 offers the Springendal and Dal van de Mosbeek in the Netherlands within cycling distance and the Itterbecker heath within walking distance.

Spacious entrance with wardrobe, spacious living room with garden doors. Large reading area with leather sofa where you can retreat with a good book. If you are an early riser, you can see nature waking up beautifully from here.

There is also a TV with radio available. You can also use ADSL. In the open kitchen there is a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, dishwasher, oven and all desired kitchen appliances with full crockery.

Both bedrooms have a double bed with duvet. The beds are of excellent quality. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. The house is equipped with a central heating system.

There is also space to place bicycles. On the second terrace at the back of the garden you can eat in the morning or evening sun. There is a 5 person hot-tub with 30 jets in the backyard from which you have a view over the countryside.
