Location
The holiday home is beautifully situated in the village of Itterbeck in the Grafschaft Bentheim, close to the Dutch tourist resorts of Ootmarsum, Vasse and the German Uelsen. Extensive forests, heaths and meadows make the immediate area popular for cyclists and hikers.
Cycling and walking
Along the holiday home is the Grafschafter Bicycle Tour, a well-marked cycling route of more than 200 kilometers. The Bicycle Bus runs along this route, with which you can comfortably complete the bicycle tour in stages. Natura 2000 offers the Springendal and Dal van de Mosbeek in the Netherlands within cycling distance and the Itterbecker heath within walking distance.

Living room with sitting area, dining area and bar table. TV with digitenne, smart stick and Sat-Tv. WiFi is available throughout. In the open kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and all desired kitchen appliances with full crockery
Both bedrooms have a double bed with duvet. The beds are of excellent quality. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. The house is equipped with a central heating system.
There is also space to place bicycles. On the second terrace at the back of the garden you can eat in the morning or evening sun. There is a 5 person hot-tub with 30 jets in the backyard from which you have a view over the countryside.
