Villa Hunsrück is a very modern, luxurious Villa with beautiful views of the rolling landscape full of forests, fields and river valleys of the Hunsrück. The 5 star (Deutsche Toerist Verein) Villa is fully equipped and built in an energy neutral manner. An EV charger is available for a fee.

The Villa is a 3 ½ hour drive from Utrecht.

Enjoy the tranquility of the village of Hunolstein with its ruins and the Bauernhof café (150 meters from the Villa). Ideal for de-stressing or taking beautiful walking or cycling trips. The famous Klammtour starts at the Bauernhof café. The Moselle Valley, with its many characteristic towns and villages, is a 15-minute drive away.
In winter you can ski on Erbeskopf, the highest mountain in the region, a 15-minute drive from the Villa.

Nearby is Morbach, an air spa, 6 km from the Villa, where you can do your shopping at several supermarkets. You will also find a bakery, a traditional butcher and various restaurants in Morbach.

The modern and very cozy and comfortable holiday villa is equipped for a maximum of 6 people. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. In addition, the Villa has a sewer on the terrace as well as a luxurious sauna house in the large garden surrounding the Villa. The holiday villa has a fiber optic connection for internet!
From the sauna, the terraces, the winter garden and the living room and kitchen you can enjoy the beautiful landscape for which the Hunsrück is so famous. Or have a barbecue (available) on the terrace or in the garden.

We really enjoy our Villa in Hunolstein and the surroundings, which are so beautiful and varied.
There are many walking routes in the area and you can enjoy cycling, including along the Moselle, which is 15 minutes by car from the Villa. There are also many old towns and places to visit, both on the Moselle and for example Trier, Idar Oberstein and Koblenz. Or visit Burg Eltz. There is also plenty of entertainment in the area for (small) children.

Explanation of prices
The rental price for the Villa is €160 per day as of January 1. The minimum rental period is 7 days.
The rental price includes reception by the manager, a welcome package, beds made upon arrival, a towel package, free use of water and electricity as well as free use of the internet, washing machine/dryer, Smart TVs and Blue Ray player.

Pets are not allowed.

The luxurious sauna house. can be used for a fee of € 32.50 for 3 hours of use. You can reserve the sauna with the manager upon arrival. The manager will switch on the sauna at the time you require. The sauna switches off automatically after 3 hours.
Bathrobes are available for a fee during the entire rental period of €6.50 each.
The following additional costs will be charged per booking:

For the final cleaning: € 90
For bed linen: €60
Deposit: €200

The deposit will in principle be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after departure (if the villa is just used). We reserve the right to deduct any damages from the deposit.

You must pay a deposit of 50% of the invoice immediately after receiving the email confirming your booking request. After receipt of this payment your reservation is final. The remainder of the invoice, including the deposit of € 200 (for which we will send you a timely reminder), must be credited to our bank account no later than 60 days before the arrival date.

An EV charger is available for a fee.

Since we do not refund the total rental amount in the event of cancellation, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance . In the event of cancellation, we will refund the deposit already paid as well as the (already paid) costs for final cleaning and bed linen.

We have been renting out Villa Hunsrück for 4 years now. From the beginning, the Deutsche Touristverein has rated our Villa with 5 stars, the highest number in Germany, after a strict and very extensive inspection and assessment. Our guests from Micazu, but also through our website, www.villa–hunsruck.com and through other rental organizations, rate our villa Excellent. Both in terms of luxury and decor. But also the phenomenal view of the surroundings.

One of the most famous hiking trails in the Hunsrück starts near the Villa: the Klammtour. You depart from the Bauernhofcafe, 100 meters from the Villa. You can also enjoy a delicious lunch in the Bauernhof cafe. There are also many other hiking trails on the Erbeskopf. The highest point of the Hunsrück. Or take a boat trip on the Moselle towards Trier. The boats depart 15 kilometers from the Villa in Bernkastel Kues, among others. En route, disembark in Neumagen Drohn and sip a glass of delicious Moselle wines in one of the many wine estates. .
