Villa Mosel

The rental price of the Villa is € 150 per day from January 1, 2024. The minimum rental period is 5 days, in the 3rd quarter 7 days. The rental price includes a welcome package, made beds, towel package, free use of water/energy and internet, Smart TV and stereo/CD player.
Certified assistance and guide dogs are allowed in the Villa under certain conditions. An assistance or guide dog for the blind must be registered in advance. (additional cleaning fee per dog € 45 ).
In the garden of the Villa is a luxurious sauna house.

An EV charger is available for a fee.

This can be used for a fee of € 32.50 hours. You can make a reservation upon arrival with the caretaker who will turn on the sauna, against payment in cash. The sauna switches off automatically 3 hours after switching on. Bathrobes are available for a fee of € 6.50 each.
The following additional costs will be charged per booking:
For the final cleaning : € 90
With assistance or guide dog, additional costs of final cleaning of € 45 will be charged.
For bed linen : € 60
Deposit : € 200
In principle, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account 7 days after departure. We reserve the right to deduct any damage from the deposit.
You must immediately pay an advance of 50% of the invoice after receipt of the email confirming your booking request. The remainder of the invoice, including the deposit of € 150 (for which we will send you a timely reminder), must be credited to our bank account no later than 60 days before the arrival date.

Since we do not refund the rent in the event of cancellation , we advise you to take out cancellation insurance . We will refund any deposit already paid as well as the (already paid) costs for final cleaning and bed linen.
