Rear of the house with extension where the kitchen is located. There is also a garage in the extension for which you have an extra space outside to park your car.
Living room with two sofas, coffee table, TV cabinet, bookcase and a small side table. TV and DVD player available.
Kitchen with corner sofa, two chairs and extendable dining table for max, 6 people to eat in. Extra available: Fridge with freezer, microwave and small separate oven.
Ground floor bedroom with double bed and bedside tables for adults. Also present: two small closets, a clothes rack and a chair. Accessible from the living room.
Children's bedroom on the ground floor. Two bunk beds for max. 4 children. Also present is a play table for the children, a cupboard with toys and a small bench and a high chair.

Oberelz. Hiking trail to higher Oberelz. The path is close to our house and can be reached via Haubtstrasse. Above this you can enjoy walking through meadows and pieces of forest, also ideal for dogs.
