We will rent out our detached, characteristic holiday home from April 2025. It is located in a nature park with private holiday homes, 500 meters on a green slope in the Eifel Volcano. Apart from a parking lot, the peace, quiet and the beautiful starry nights, there are no communal 'facilities'. With a bit of luck you will see a few squirrels jumping into the trees in the garden every day.
The spacious living room has the typical Eifel style, with partly a high ceiling and old beams. It offers access through glass sliding doors to the terrace in the backyard, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. There are several comfortable seating areas, a smart television, radio, wood stove, radio tower, books and information and maps about the immediate area.
The open kitchen is adjacent to the living room (L-shaped), gives access to (and a view of) the sunny front garden and is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, an electric 4-burner hob and an oven. There is plenty of space for stock. On the ground floor is also the small, renovated bathroom with shower (low entry), sink and toilet.
The 2 double bedrooms on the first floor are accessible via a partly open staircase. The main bedroom has a separate toilet and sink.
The house stands on a plot of 400 m2 and is accessible via a sloping, illuminated footpath from the parking lot and 2 stairs (10 resp. 5 steps) The house is located almost at the end of the footpath, so privacy is guaranteed. From the garden you walk directly into the woods and fields.
