Villa Monschau is located on the edge of the historic center of Monschau. And is a 10-minute walk from Monschau and has a lot to offer with a great choice of cafes, restaurants and historic architecture. The unique location also offers the way to the beautiful nature reserves. Eifel, Hogge Venne and Ardennes, but is also an ideal starting point for day trips to the wildlife park, Rursee or the zoo.

VILLA MONSCHAUER HAPPINESS
Villa Monschau is a former therapy center with a single-family home that has been lovingly modernized into a luxury holiday villa. There are a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms with beautiful double box-spring beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. The living room has satellite TV and a soapstone fireplace where you can sit together on the large lounge sofa and enjoy a delicious drink. The kitchen is Equipped with all the equipment for good cooking. And you can eat together in the spacious kitchen / dining room. The villa has 3 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub, but you can also take a shower by the pool. Toilets should of course not be forgotten,

Feel like going out? The villa is well equipped with the best games for young and old, including a dart board, a real football table and a pool table.

WELLNESS EXPERIENCE
The accommodation is equipped with every luxury, including a wellness area with a large indoor swimming pool (size 4 x 9 meters and a water temperature of approximately 29 degrees), a spacious Finnish sauna and a relaxation room. A nice detail is that the original changing room of the swimming pool has been preserved.
