Ferienhaus Salm is located in the middle of the Eifel volcano in the small village of Salm. Salm is located between Daun and Bitburg. For motorcyclists there are only beautiful roads here. Furthermore, it is here the mecca for mountain bikers, cyclists and hikers. The location of Salm is unique, close to Luxembourg and a stone's throw from the Ardennes in Belgium. And of course it is located in the middle of the Eifel.
Ferienhaus Salm is a wonderful and luxurious group accommodation. On the ground floor is a large living / sitting room, furnished with comfortable armchairs where you can relax. The dining room is also furnished so that you can also sit there with more than 30 people. Adjacent to the dining room there is a small sitting area where you can also play a game of darts and there you will also find a football game. Then of course we still have the kitchen that you can use. The kitchen is fully equipped; 6-burner stove, large oven, 2 large fryers of 12 ltr. excl. frying fat, there are also 2 small fryers of 2 liters each, large baking tray, microwave, refrigerators, coffee quick maker, coffee maker, kettle, 2 large obermerie`s, all possible crockery is available, dishwasher (3 min.) and everything else you can expect in a kitchen.
On the first floor we have 7 bedrooms; 2 rooms have 2 person beds that do have 1 person mattresses and are also covered for 1 person. 2 rooms have 2 x a 1 person box spring.
1 room has a bunk bed. 1 room is equipped with 3 x a 1 person box spring. The 4 person room has 4 x 1 person box spring. This room has a very large bathroom; shower, bath, bidet, toilet and 2 washbasins. Furthermore, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor we have 5 bedrooms; 2 rooms have 3 x a 1 person box spring.
1 room has 2 x a single box spring and then there is 1 room with a bunk bed.
Again, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
We also have a double bedroom on the ground floor. This is foreien of 2 x a 1 person box spring. We have a private bathroom in the basement for this bedroom. Equipped with 2 showers, toilet and sink.
In the basement you will find our bowling alley. The bowling alley is so appreciated that it is still used by 2 bowling clubs. Bowling is a great entertainment for young and old, before you know it you are just bowling for 2 to 3 hours. If a group rents the building, the clubs will of course not come to bowl. There are also 2 toilet groups in the basement, one for the men and the other for the ladies.
On the ground floor we have a football game and a darts facility. New in our holiday home is the "Sudtiroler Rumpelspiel". This is a spinning top / skittles game. We also purchased 2 shuffleboards.
Additional services ; The baker comes by on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can then buy bread and some tasty things. You can also place orders that will then be delivered as agreed.
In consultation we can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whether only breakfast, or only lunch, or only dinner, we are happy to think along with you! We can also provide you with drinks at very reasonable prices or fill the fryers with fat. Please contact us if you have any special requests.
