Ferienhaus Salm is located in the middle of the Eifel volcano in the small village of Salm. Salm is located between Daun and Bitburg. For motorcyclists there are only beautiful roads here. Furthermore, it is the mecca for mountain bikers, cyclists and hikers. Salm's location is unique, close to Luxembourg and a stone's throw from the Ardennes in Belgium. And of course it is located in the middle of the Eifel.
Ferienhaus Salm is a lovely and luxurious group accommodation. On the ground floor is a large living / sitting room, furnished with nice easy chairs in which you can relax. The dining room is also furnished so that you can also sit there with more than 30 people. Adjacent to the dining room there is a small sitting area where you can also play a game of darts and there you will also find a football game. Then, of course, we have the kitchen that you can use. The kitchen is fully equipped; 6-burner stove, large oven, 2 large deep fryers a 12 ltr. Excl. frying fat, there are also 2 small fryers of 2 ltr. each, large griddle, microwave, refrigerators, coffee quick-setter, coffee maker, kettle, 2 large supermarkets, all possible service items are available, dishwasher (3 min.) and everything else you can expect in a kitchen.
On the first floor we have 7 bedrooms; 2 rooms have double beds that do have 1 person mattresses and are also 1 person made. 2 rooms have 2 x a 1 person box spring.
1 room has a bunk bed. 1 room has 3 x a 1 person box spring. The 4 person room has 4 x a 1 person box spring. This room has a very large bathroom; shower, bath, bidet, toilet and 2 sinks. Furthermore, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor we have 5 bedrooms; 2 rooms have 3 x a 1 person box spring.
1 room has 2 x a 1 person box spring and then there is 1 room with a bunk bed.

Also on the ground floor we have a 2 person bedroom. This is provided with 2 x a 1 person box spring. For this bedroom we have a private bathroom at the bottom of the basement. Equipped with 2 showers, toilet and sink.
In the basement you will find our bowling alley. The bowling alley is so appreciated that it is still used by 2 bowling clubs. Bowling is a fun entertainment for young and old, before you know it you are bowling for 2 to 3 hours. If a group rents the building, the clubs will of course not come to play skittles. There are also 2 toilet groups in the basement, one for the men and the other for the ladies.
On the ground floor we have a football game and a dart possibility. New in our holiday home is the "Südtiroler Rumpelspiel". This is a top/skittles game. We also purchased 2 shuffleboards. The last thing that has been added is 4 in a row.
Extra service; On Saturdays, the baker comes by. You can then buy bread and some tasty things. You can also place orders that will then be delivered as agreed.
In consultation we can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whether just breakfast, or just lunch, or just dinner, we are happy to think along with you! We can also provide you with drinks at very reasonable prices or fill the fryers with grease. Please contact us if you have any special requests.
